I recently had the opportunity to attend the launch of their new concept store in Cape Town, where CEO Cherie Keating shared the vision behind the new stores, reaffirming the longstanding ethos behind the brand that is DERMALOGICA

Afterwards there was much celebrating and  the official cutting of the ribbon ...
It was a fun filled evening and here is a look at the brand new ...
There are surprisingly 3 treatment areas despite this being a rather small space ...
- The first, is the 'skin analysis' area where the infamous 'face mapping' is done to determine your skins particular needs, great for a quick consultation on the run.
- The second, is a skin care 'cubicle' with this relaxing facial chair ,book your facial treatments and have a lovely ' skin treat' on the go.
- Lastly, is a therapy room with fabulous mood lighting which changes colour , it is a more private option that is used for the liked of the brand new BIO-PEEL that Dermalogica are launching in September 2014 watch this space!
The concept store has great finishes such as customised wall paper , wall tattoos and as mention lighting that changes colour. I personally loved these therapy stations with customised product trolleys designed to keep the rooms neat , tidy and hygienic at all times.

For those who love to play (like me) DERMALOGICA have got you covered ... they have a fabulous tester station called the Product Pool ...come on 'DIVE IN!'.

So what is all the fuss about you may ask?
Dermalogica are encouraging you to get #Great Skin they have rallied a number of local celebs such as Sashi Naidoo, Jonathan Boynton Lee , Siv Ngesi who are supporting and endorsing the #GetNaked caimpaign attesting to the fact that healthy skin has nothing to hide!
